Who makes it?
The maker that fits the job: Printful for team kits, Real Thread or Custom Ink for bigger runs, Sticker Mule for stickers, and Alchemy Merch for pins. When one maker can make everything, you check out once.
Do I need an account with the maker?
Only if the maker needs one: River fills in the sign-up, and you finish it. River never types your passwords or card numbers, and never presses pay.
How soon will it arrive?
About two weeks from order to door for a team kit from Printful, and about a week for stickers. River checks the proof and follows the delivery.
Can it ship to each person?
Yes. River makes a short form for everyone’s size and address, then sets up a parcel for each person. Or it all ships in one box to your office.
What does it cost?
What the maker charges, shown per person before you say yes. In October 2026, a heavyweight hoodie from Printful started at about $31, plus shipping. River’s own work uses your AI credit.
